The Spark Difference
Spark Rehab & Wellness was created to give Central Oregon a different kind of rehabilitation experience — one built around specialized care, compassion, encouragement, and hope.

We understand that changes in movement, balance, independence, communication, or daily function can be difficult to adjust to. Our role is to listen, educate, advocate, and help each person feel supported as they work toward the goals that matter most to them.

Spark provides specialized physical therapy and occupational therapy in a collaborative rehabilitation setting, with closely connected speech therapy providers located in our building. This helps patients and families access more coordinated support for their rehabilitation needs.

We combine evidence-based treatment, advanced rehabilitation equipment, hands-on problem solving, and patient education to create a clear and practical plan for progress.

At Spark, we believe progress starts with purpose. Whatever your spark is, we are here to help you use it to move forward.
